With over 17 years of experience in the nuts, dried fruits, seeds, and superfruits sector—across both the conventional and organic markets— He brings a deep and well-rounded expertise to the industry. He began his career on the logistical side of operations, gaining a strong foundation in supply chain dynamics before transitioning into quality assurance. For the past 15 years, Alex has served as Purchase Manager, where his strategic insight and extensive network have proven invaluable. Leveraging his broad market knowledge, Alex plays a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with timely and relevant information to keep customers well-informed and closely connected to market developments.

PAUL VAN SCHIJNDEL
Paul brings over 15 years of experience in the nuts, dried fruits, seeds, and superfoods sector, with a particular focus on the organic market. Through his sourcing trips across Africa, Asia, North America, and South America (especially Paraguay, Bolivia, and Peru), Paul has gained deep knowledge and passion for the dedication of farmers producing the high-quality products that our customers use in their branded goods. Paul also serves on the board of Bio Nederland, the Dutch Organic Producers and Traders organization (www.bionederland.nl), and is part of the board of BioBorrel (www.debioborrel.nl).

WOUTER FLOOT
With over 27 years of international experience in dealing with all kinds of certified organic soft commodities, Wouter really knows his stuff when it comes to sourcing and trading. He also took a detour into the world of branded FMCG, which gave him some great extra insights into product positioning and what makes consumers tick. Wouter has a good sense of what matters to different teams and genuinely enjoys helping the commercial side work well with support teams like quality control, supply chain, marketing, and finance. He’s proud of the way these collaborations help our partners succeed.

With a truckload of hands-on experience in operational, administrative, and financial roles within the international food business supply chains, Rik brings deep expertise in operational processes and process optimization. WIM LEEUWENBURGH
Wim brings over 30 years of experience in the purchasing and sales of nuts, dried fruits, and seeds, having held a wide range of roles from sourcing and sales to executive leadership positions. Throughout his career, Wim has traveled extensively to visit farmers and processors around the world, with a particular focus on pine nuts (China), hazelnuts (Turkey), raisins (South Africa, Turkey, China, USA), walnuts (USA, Eastern Europe), and other dried fruits.
His previous responsibilities, including full end-to-end oversight, have given him deep expertise across all product groups. Above all, Wim has developed a strong capability for building high-quality supply chains tailored to the needs of high-spec industries and retail packing customers.
